Predictable Billing

For ages 3 months and up, our flat monthly fee covers well and sick visits, simple procedures, and telehealth. There are no extra charges for texts, emails, and phone-calls.

We bill separately for the following: in-home sick visits, 4th trimester package, tongue-tie services, and stand-alone lactation visits.

To obtain vaccines for your child, we work with a partner pharmacy who bills your insurance under pharmacy benefits. See "Common Questions" in How It Works for more details.

Here's how traditional insurance-based practices bill differently from us:

If you have a PPO/HMO plan, you can expect co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and surprise bills.
If you have a high-deductible plan, your child's sick visits and other unexpected health care needs would be subject to the deductible.
If your insurance coverage is inconsistent or unpredictable due to changes in your employment, you may be stuck paying high out-of-pocket charges.
If you have a health-sharing plan, your child's well visits and vaccines would not be covered.
